Purpose and description of the content of education: | The module aims to gain knowledge of the psychological aspects of business and business management, learn about the psychological determinants of business decision-making, employee and customer motivation and behaviour, and acquire the ability to apply psychological tools and techniques to increase organizational effectiveness. |
