Celem modułu jest: 1) Wykazanie ścisłego związku winorośli i wina z kulturą krajów basenu Morza Śródziemnego; 2) Prezentacja aspektów zmienności i trwałości kultury wina na przestrzeni dziejów; 3) Wprowadzenie w techniczne aspekty uprawy winorośli i produkcji wina.
