Purpose and description of the content of education:
The module aims to familiarize students with selected constitutional systems of democratic countries around the world. Students will become familiar with the differences between countries chosen regarding constitutional law and discuss the consequences of adopting specific legal solutions in selected Western countries. The module aims to develop the ability to critically analyze constitutions and competence in comparing different constitutional systems.
