Purpose and description of the content of education: | The aim of the course is to present students with the problems of common real estate transactions. Students' attention will be focused on the basic contracts in real estate transactions such as: sale, donation, exchange, agreement on the abolition of co-ownership of real estate, lease, rental, etc. Public registers of real estate (land registers and land and building registry) will also be discussed. The issue is also related to the question of the legal status of a real estate agent. The basic (theoretical) considerations will be supplemented by a discussion of problems which occur in practice or are of fundamental importance to it. |
