Purpose and description of the content of education:
The student learns the complexity of the factors shaping the geopolitical location of Poland and the consequences of this location. Can correctly indicate the causes of spatial differentiation of population development, depopulation and overpopulated areas. Can analyze the socio-professional, national and religious structures of the population and their distribution. Learns the main factors of spatial structure diversification: industry, agriculture, transport, services and conditions for their development. Analyzes factors of development of districts and industrial centers as well as agricultural regions. Can correctly explain the causes and consequences of the uneven development of the transport network. Knows the main problems of economic cooperation and foreign trade in Poland.
