Purpose and description of the content of education: | The aim of the fieldwork is to familiarize students with the methodology of socio-economic research in the field. The student should master the theoretical and practical ability to conduct independent field research, collect the necessary materials, develop them using appropriate mathematical, statistical and cartographic methods and use the research results to formulate conclusions about the analyzed phenomena and processes in the field of socio-economic geography. The student becomes acquainted with selected social problems, settlement structures and the functioning of economic activity in the field, as well as with the spatial effects of socio-economic processes. |
