Purpose and description of the content of education:
The module is designed to enable students to verify and expand their knowledge and skills in the field of the regional geography of Poland. It provides an opportunity for direct observation of human-natural environment relations in southern Poland's most geo- and biodiverse regions. The results of these observations visualize the mechanisms of functioning of natural systems on a local and regional scale, their spatiotemporal variability, their impact on socio-economic processes, and opportunities and threats to the region's sustainable development.
