Purpose and description of the content of education:
Module 2 It is a continuation of the issues raised in Module 1. The course will continue to take into account the development of individual disciplines, media and works in a general cultural context (historical, geographical, sociological), as well as in the context of the evolution of artistic language and changes within the semiotics and aesthetics of the work (artefact). The lectures and classes will illustrate the contextual functioning of art – including the network of its entanglements and dependencies – from individual acts and works to general cultural and civilizational ones. Module 2 will cover issues ranging from art and culture at the turn of the 19th and 20th centuries
