Purpose and description of the content of education: | The purpose of the class is to present the legal specifics of trading with consumers (B2C), including legal instruments for consumer protection and consumer protection authorities. These issues will be presented from an entrepreneur's perspective, doing business or being a senior manager. The educational content includes issues such as the concept of the consumer, protection of health and safety, protection of economic interests, consumer protection in cross-border contracts, and institutional protection. |
