Purpose and description of the content of education: | The classes cover issues concerning modern forms of business management as well as management concepts. The desirability of learning about new management solutions is due to constant and unpredictable changes in the economic environment. The scope of the subject takes into account both models, functions, management techniques and modern solutions, including outsourcing, lean management, benchmarking, talent management, turquoise organization |
