Purpose and description of the content of education:
Moduł ma za zadanie zapoznanie osoby studiującej z istotą mentalności narodów obszarów postsowieckich oraz z najbardziej charakterystycznymi zwyczajami tychże. Materiał realizowany będzie w oparciu o szeroki kontekst (kulturowy, geograficzny, religijny, historyczny i polityczny), który przez stulecia wpływał na specyfikę charakteru mieszkańców państw obszarów postsowieckich. Wykorzystanie interdyscyplinarnych narzędzi do oglądu tego zjawiska pozwoli na wykrycie jego złożoności i diachronicznego charakteru oraz omówienie problematyki genotypu kulturowego wybranych nacji. Osoba studiująca po zakończeniu kursu będzie mogła rozpoznać różne typy mentalności, takie jak słowianofilska, okcydentalistyczna, imperialna, kozacka, czy radziecka („homo sovieticus”). Analiza stereotypów o narodach postsowieckich i ich zwyczajach pozwoli na pełniejsze zrozumienie złożoności zjawiska i rozszerzona zostanie także na czasy po pieriestrojce, które cechuje szeroko pojęta nostalgia za przeszłością.
