Purpose and description of the content of education:
Celem zajęć jest omówienie różnych podejść do zarządzania projektami, takich jak metodyka kaskadowa, metodyka zwinna oraz podejścia hybrydowe, z uwzględnieniem ich zalet oraz wad, a także odpowiedniości w różnych kontekstach projektowych. Przedstawione zostaną także międzynarodowe standardy zarządzania projektami takie jak PMBOK czy Prince2 (Projects in Controlled Environments oraz ich znaczenie dla praktyki zarządzania projektami). W trakcie zajęć wykorzystane będą praktyczne narzędzia IT do zarządzania projektami i ich zastosowania przy realizacji własnych projektów.
