Purpose and description of the content of education:
Moduł prawne podstawy opieki, wychowania i edukacji dziecka obejmuje treści zawierające wiedzę, umiejętności i kompetencje społeczne niezbędne nauczycielowi do realizacji zadań edukacji i wychowania dzieci w wieku przedszkolnym i młodszym szkolnym. Celem modułu jest uzyskanie takiego poziomu wiedzy merytorycznej z prawa cywilnego, rodzinnego i opiekuńczego oraz prawa oświatowego, aby prowadzić skuteczną edukację i wychowanie dzieci.
