Purpose and description of the content of education:
Moduł Techniki instrumentalne w analizie nieorganicznej ma za zadanie zapoznanie studentów z metodami spektroskopowymi i elektrochemicznymi stosowanymi w analityce. Student poznaje podstawy teoretyczne w zakresie niezbędnym do zrozumienia zjawisk zachodzących podczas dokonywania pomiaru metodami instrumentalnymi. Zapoznaje się z metodami monochromatyzacji promieniowania, detekcji i rejestracji widm oraz podstawami budowy przyrządów stosowanych w nowoczesnym laboratorium analitycznym. Student zapoznaje się z podstawami metod spektroskopii atomowej i cząsteczkowej, spektrometrii mas i spektrometrii rentgenowskiej oraz metod elektrochemicznych. Zna techniki łączone. Student poznaje podstawy metod przygotowania próbek do analizy prowadzonej metodami instrumentalnymi. Zna metody kalibracji i potrafi dokonać wyboru metody instrumentalnej w zależności od analitu, rodzaju próbki oraz wymaganej precyzji i dokładności.
