Purpose and description of the content of education:
Moduł Spektroskopia molekularna ma za zadanie przedstawienie studentom podstawowych metod spektroskopii molekularnej oraz podstaw teoretycznych najbardziej popularnych metod spektroskopii. Student poznaje mechanizmy generacji widm, związki pomiędzy widmami a strukturą molekuł, wpływ różnorodnych oddziaływań wewnątrz jak i między cząsteczkowych na widma molekularne. Zna prawa rządzące przejściami spektralnymi i reguły wyboru rządzące nimi oraz rozumie rolę badań spektralnych w rozwiązywaniu konkretnych problemów badawczych w chemii. W trakcie realizacji zajęć, student nabywa umiejętność interpretacji standardowych widm prostych układów molekularnych oraz twórczego wykorzystania metod spektroskopowych w naukach przyrodniczych.
