Purpose and description of the content of education:
Celem przedmiotu jest zapoznanie studentów z problematyką historycznych i współczesnych relacji między odmianami regionalnymi polszczyzny a językiem ogólnym. Szczegółowe treści obejmują zagadnienia z zakresu geografii lingwistycznej, dialektologii opisowej, socjolingwistyki, historii i praktyki dialektologii polskiej. W trakcie zajęć student zapoznaje się z nagraniami i zapisami dawnych i współczesnych tekstów gwarowych, poznaje cechy językowe poszczególnych dialektów, uczy się je rozpoznawać w tekście oraz porównywać z innymi dialektami i polszczyzną ogólną.
