Purpose and description of the content of education:
The aim of the module is to familiarise students with the issues of animal protection, animal rights and animal care, and to make them sensitive to animal abuse and exploitation on the basis of texts, interventionist films, activist actions, reports, laws and regulations. Students learn about the history of animal activist movements and the institutionalisation of human action against animals.
