Module code: | W1-SH-S1-TTPC |
Programme code: | W1-S1SH24.2024 |
Semester: | winter semester 2025/2026 |
Language of instruction: | Polish |
Form of verification: | course work |
ECTS credits: | 3 |
Purpose and description of the content of education: | The aim of the module is to familiarise students with the basic techniques and tools used in planning and carrying out the design process: identifying key stakeholders and defining their needs, creating personas (or protopersons), developing customer pathways (of selected stakeholder groups), defining value propositions, searching for effective strategies for delivering value to stakeholders, prototyping solutions, testing and validating them. Students are introduced to the grid of concepts by which product usability is defined. A particular emphasis is placed on designing in the spirit of minimum viable product, as well as on the stage of moving from defining a problem to evaluating the performance of a prototype when confronted with reality. |
