Purpose and description of the content of education:
The aim of the course is to prepare students to conduct research using art-based methods (Art-Based Research), in particular, including literature, performative and visual arts. In the course, students will 1) become familiar with the theoretical assumptions explaining the necessity of applying art-based research methods; 2) develop the ability to analyse and interpret artworks oriented on knowledge production; 3) become familiar in a practical way with different ways of obtaining and organising data, which are alternative to conventional ones.
