Purpose and description of the content of education:
The module aims to equip students with the basic knowledge and skills necessary to work effectively with adults, support them in building their career paths, and overcome barriers in the labour market. The program aims to impart theoretical foundations and provide practical knowledge of various teaching methods helpful in working with adults.
