Purpose and description of the content of education:
Podczas zajęć student zapoznaje się z podstawowymi pojęciami: czyn zabroniony, przestępczość rzeczywista, stwierdzona, ujawniona, wiktymologia, kryminogeneneza, programy diversion, model sprawiedliwości naprawczej. itd. Ponadto poznaje teorie socjologiczne, biologiczne i psychologiczne w genezie przestępczości a także zapoznawany jest z rozmiarami, dynamiką oraz strukturą przestępczości nieletnich w Polsce i w USA. Na zajęciach omawia się też przykładowe badania kryminologiczne prowadzone w Polsce przez pedagogów, socjologów, psychologów oraz prawników.
