Purpose and description of the content of education: | 363 / 5 000
The module aims to introduce students to the fundamental issues of criminal law in force in Poland. The module includes an analysis of key concepts, principles and standards that regulate criminal liability and procedural proceedings in this area. Students learn the structure of criminal law provisions, the principles of their interpretation and the mechanisms of applying the law in practice. |
