Purpose and description of the content of education:
The module aims for students to achieve an advanced level of knowledge in the field of the history of Poland and the world after World War II up to the present. Particular attention will be paid to problems of a political nature. However, the module will also include topics related to economic reforms and cultural and social changes. After completing the module, students should be able to find the historical roots of problems present in contemporary politics and thus deepen their understanding. They should also be able to use historical analogies to analyze contemporary events.
