Purpose and description of the content of education:
Celem modułu "Technologie w produkcji napojów alkoholowych" jest charakterystyka przemysłu piwowarskiego, winiarskiego i spirytusowego. Studenci/studentki uzyskają wiedzę teoretyczną i umiejętności praktyczne z zakresu technologii przemysłów fermentacyjnych, poznają tradycyjne i nowoczesne technologie produkcji słodu, piwa, wina i napojów winopodobnych, jak również produktów gorzelniczych. Ponadto osoby studiujące w ramach zajęć zostaną zapoznani z zastosowaniem klasycznych metod analitycznych jak również nowoczesnych technik spektroskopowych stosowanych do oceny jakości produktów alkoholowych.
