Purpose and description of the content of education:
Celem przedmiotu jest nabycie przez studentów wiedzy na temat współczesnego różnicowania się form i rodzajów turystyki. Student potrafi wskazać cechy i trendy współczesnej turystyki i nabywa wiedzę o zamianach modelu podróżowania. Ponadto przedmiot porusza kwestie nowych kierunków destynacji turystycznych i nowych obszarów zagospodarowania turystycznego (np. regiony egzotyczne i polarne). Student nabywa wiedzę o współczesnym sposobie podróżowania: wyprawy indywidualne vs turystyka zorganizowana.
