Purpose and description of the content of education:
The aim of the module is to familiarise students with issues related to tourism development and spatial planning of areas of different types and functions. The module covers issues related to the adaptation of various spaces (mountain areas, coastal areas, lake districts, protected areas, forest areas, rural areas) to their tourism functions (leisure tourism, sightseeing tourism, active tourism, etc.). Issues related to the characteristics of tourism development, planning and programming of space for tourism purposes will be discussed.
