Purpose and description of the content of education:
The course will cover the following topics: motives for travel, types and forms of tourist services, legal aspects of tourist traffic, service culture and professional ethics of a tourist industry employee, creation of a tourist product, the role of information and promotion, tourism agency and insurance, tourist services in accommodation and catering facilities, the use of transport in tourism, guiding and pilotage, passport, visa, customs, foreign exchange and registration regulations.
