Purpose and description of the content of education:
The module is intended to familiarize the student with such issues as: The concept of tourism law, sources of national and international legal regulations in tourism. Tourist services as a regulated economic activity. General terms and conditions for concluding contracts with consumers. The concept of a tourist event organizer, travel intermediary, travel agent. Consumer protection against unfair contract clauses. Civil liability in tourism: tour operator, travel intermediary, travel agent. Legal issues of international tourism (state borders, border formalities, passports, visas, customs and foreign exchange formalities). Penal regulations related to tourism.
