Purpose and description of the content of education:
Optional module IV, focused on the topic of "management and marketing in tourism". Its main purpose is to equip students with knowledge of the prevailing concepts of tourism business management. The module's program is designed to develop students' ability to choose the right management strategy for a tourism entity, which is crucial for effective operation in the dynamically changing environment of the tourism industry. Students are exposed to a wide range of topics, from tourism marketing, tourist motivations, tourism market segmentation, niche tourism, to the quality of tourism services and the application of modern technology in tourism. The module also emphasizes understanding the impact of external factors on tourism, such as politics, economics, the environment, society and culture, and the future of tourism as an industry.
