Purpose and description of the content of education: | Program modułu zakłada zapoznanie studentów z wiedzą teoretyczną i praktyczną z zakresu prowadzenia mediacji i negocjacji. A w szczególności pozwala na poznanie i kształtowanie umiejętności stosowania wybranych technik mediacji i negocjacji w pracy z osobami niedostosowanymi społecznie lub zagrożonymi niedostosowaniem, w sytuacjach trudnych i konfliktowych. Ponadto kształtuje postawy twórczego rozwiązywania problemów i doskonalenia warsztatu pracy wychowawczej. |
