Purpose and description of the content of education:
Zajęcia mają umożliwić studentom rozpoznanie własnych zasobów i obszarów do dalszej pracy (zwłaszcza w zakresie kompetencji interpersonalnych), a w konsekwencji zaplanowanie indywidualnych ścieżek rozwoju. Powinny także wyposażyć ich w wiedzę i umiejętności umożliwiające planowanie, organizowanie zajęć/eventów integracyjnych dla grup zróżnicowanych. Wszystkie, przedstawione efekty kształcenia planuje się osiągnąć za pomocą ćwiczeniowej formy kształcenia, dodatkowo wiedza i umiejętności nabywane podczas zajęć powinny być rozwijane poprzez pracę własną studentów, obejmującą studiowanie literatury przedmiotu, indywidualne i zespołowe przygotowanie prac zaliczeniowych.

W zakresie wiedzy absolwent zna i rozumie teorię spostrzegania społecznego i komunikacji: zachowania społeczne i ich uwarunkowania, sytuację interpersonalną, zagadnienia empatii, zachowań asertywnych, agresywnych i uległych, postaw, stereotypów, uprzedzeń, stresu i radzenia sobie z nim, porozumiewania się ludzi w instytucjach; reguły współdziałania; procesy komunikowania się; style komunikowania się uczniów i nauczyciela; zasady porozumiewania się emocjonalnego w klasie i w sytuacjach konfliktowych; bariery w komunikowaniu się, w szczególności w klasie; różne formy komunikowania się − autoprezentację, aktywne słuchanie, efektywne nadawanie, komunikację niewerbalną; wpływ mediów na zmiany współczesnej komunikacji oraz na proces wychowawczy [PS_C1_TI_1]
