Purpose and description of the content of education: | Głównym celem modułu jest zapoznanie studentów koncepcją neuroróżnorodności w kontekście tworzenia dostosowanych miejsc pracy. Treści modułu dotyczyć będą rozwiązań architektonicznych i aranżacyjnych, pozwalających na stworzenie przestrzeni odpowiadającej potrzebom osób neuroróżnorodnych, wyzwań przed jakimi stają neuroróżnorodne osoby w miejscu pracy, różnych sposobów wspierania pracowników, którzy uczą się i komunikują w inny sposób oraz przykładów dobrych praktyk w tym zakresie. |
