Purpose and description of the content of education:
The aim of the module is to familiarise the student with the phenomena of world cultures or Polish culture as defined in the syllabus. Depending on the decision of the lecturer, the module may cover a wide spectrum of reflections, from selected phenomena of world cultures, through the characteristics of unique phenomena of Polish culture, to the reflection on the relation between selected aspects of Polish culture and trends observable in other cultures. As part of the module, students choose one of the original subjects included in the teaching offer of the major in a given year.
