Purpose and description of the content of education: | Moduł ma pomóc studentowi w poznaniu chrześcijaństwa podzielonego w świecie zachodnim w kontekście przemian społeczno-religijnych wywołanych przez Reformację: Reformacja i jej przyczyny, przebieg reformacji i pierwsze podziały, Sobór Trydencki – reforma czy kontrreformacja, misje nowożytne, akomodacja, wojna trzydziestoletnia i jej skutki dla świata zachodniego, konfesjonalizacja Europy, religijność barokowa, Kościół wobec kultury i nauki, Oświecenie i jego skutki dla teologii, rewolucja francuska i jej wpływ na losy świata zachodniego, era konkordatów, Sobór Watykański I i problem
nieomylności papieża, spór modernistyczny, stosunek Kościoła do totalitaryzmów narodowosocjalistycznego i bolszewickiego, Kościół wobec wyzwań współczesności – Sobór Watykański II. |
