Purpose and description of the content of education:
Celem Modułu Prawne aspekty funkcjonowania osób z zaburzeniami ze spektrum autyzmu jest zapoznanie studentów z wybranymi przepisami prawa (krajowego i międzynarodowego) regulującymi funkcjonowanie osób z zaburzeniami ze spektrum autyzmu w sferze rodzinnej, społecznej i zawodowej. Obejmuje treści związane z osobami z zaburzeniami ze spektrum autyzmu jako podmiotami prawa, formalno-prawną sytuacją osób z autyzmem w Polsce, zasadami orzecznictwa na rzecz osób/uczniów z autyzmem, formami wsparcia osób z autyzmem i ich opiekunów oraz działaniami na rzecz ochrony praw osób z autyzmem w Polsce i na świecie.
