Purpose and description of the content of education:
Moduł ma na celu zaznajomienie studiujących z ideą, typologią oraz metodami prowadzenia mediacji. Przedstawia różne modele rozwiązywania sporów, kształtuje kompetencje i świadomość roli mediatora, perspektywy zawodowe, warunki i konteksty zastosowania danego typu mediacji. Moduł uczy w praktyce wybranych metod rozwiazywania konfliktów, rozwija świadomość dotyczącą użyteczności mediacji, kształtuje umiejętność stosowania odpowiednik technik komunikacji w procesie mediacji.
