Purpose and description of the content of education:
The student is introduced to selected forms of customs, key texts and codes of Polish culture in a diachronic setting. The student acquires the ability to recognise the remnants of old customs in observed contemporary behaviour and to link the observed phenomena with their historical counterparts.
