Purpose and description of the content of education: | The aim of the module is to reflect on popular culture in the context of aesthetics and the aestheticisation of reality. Within the module, the student acquires knowledge of particular pop culture phenomena (e.g. kitsch, camp, queer, street art, fashion, computer games, social media, sports, comics, kawaii, tattoo), and acquires skills for their aesthetic interpretation. |
