Purpose and description of the content of education:
The aim of the module is to develop analytical and interpretative skills of theatrical performance. Within the module, the student will learn the morphology of a theatrical performance, selected phenomena of theatrical communication in semiotic, cognitive and performative terms (the theory of reception of a theatrical performance, the process of assigning meanings in theatre). The class can be realised in the form of a workshop, it involves going to the theatre to see performances in order to analyse and interpret them later.
