Module code: W2-IZ-S1-151
Programme code: W2-S1IZ19.2023
Semester:
  • winter semester 2024/2025
  • winter semester 2023/2024
Language of instruction: Polish
Form of verification: course work
ECTS credits: 3
Purpose and description of the content of education:
The main objective of the Natural Environment Geochemistry module is to study the mechanisms of element circulation in the outer layers of the Earth, interactions between biotic and abiotic elements of the environment, and environmental geochemical changes in the lithosphere, atmosphere, and hydrosphere. Assessment of the effects of anthropogenic pollution - local, regional, and global problems (potentially toxic elements, particulate pollutants, and selected organic pollutants).
