Purpose and description of the content of education: | As part of the module, students learn about the problems of human resource management in modern organizations, the principles of teamwork and the mechanisms governing the processes taking place in employee teams. Thanks to the use of activating methods, they will learn about selected methods of managing work teams, learn how to assign and assume roles in teamwork, learn about the stages of team development, ways to counteract negative phenomena and deal with existing problems. |
