Purpose and description of the content of education:
The module focuses on establishing an undergraduate thesis topic compliant with the student's individual interests and with the field of information architecture or related disciplines. Students define a set of particular research issues and create a thesis plan, revised as information sources are acquired and explored. They systematically collect and organize relevant literature, considering the envisaged goals and research methods.

Students have insight into the field of information architecture and related disciplines and focus their cognitive experience in this area to select the topic of their own research work. They are oriented in the research methodology of the domain. [SD05_1]
