Purpose and description of the content of education:
Students learn the terminology related to information users, information behaviour, information needs research. They know concepts, models and theories of information behaviour as well as strategies and methods of researching information users. They learn how to choose the right methods and techniques for researching information users, conduct research and draw conclusions from the results obtained.
