Purpose and description of the content of education: | The aim of the course is to actively develop a model of synergistic communication. As part of the module, students acquire knowledge and skills in effective interpersonal communication and psychological and social competencies necessary in interpersonal relations, especially in professional information circulation. They will learn about types of communication, techniques of persuasion, communication barriers and ways to overcome errors and disruptions in communication processes. |

The student knows the basics, principles and features of effective communication. Identifies interpersonal communication as the basis of other communication processes. Has knowledge of the types, means and functions of interpersonal communication in diverse social situations. [KI01_1] |
