Purpose and description of the content of education:
The module aims to deepen the students' knowledge of selected aspects of the historical-literary process of Croatian literature and the phenomena characterizing Croatian literature of the 20th and 21st centuries on the basis of reading literary texts in Croatian. During the classes, the students expand their knowledge in the topics and poetics of selected works of Croatian literature and deepen their competence related to the analysis and interpretation of these works. The aim of the classes taught in Croatian language is also to ground the students in the use of the language of the humanities when searching for the interconnections between literary texts and the historical, cultural, and social context.
