Description:
The elective module in media offers a selection of original courses: students choose specific courses from course proposals covering various aspects of media. Depending on students' selection, two or more courses can be taught in the semester. The aim of the module is to present selected theoretical and critical positions dealing with the development of the media and accompanying social and cultural phenomena. Lectures focus on a presentation of the instructor’s original discussion of the presented issues and provide an introduction to the discussion. Classes focus on the interpretation of the selected media phenomena, discussion, and presentation of students' own work.
