Description:
The module’s purpose is to expand the knowledge of culture and literature that is being acquired in the course of the second year. The classes offer a detailed presentation and analysis of culture and literature of a particular period or a selected trend, genre or motif present in the literature of English-speaking countries. The lectures introduce a critical and literary perspective and present a socio-cultural context of the relevant literature. The classes aim at providing a detailed analysis and interpretation of particular texts.
