Description:
The module is designed to develop students' digital competency in selected areas as defined in the course syllabus. The module allows students to choose between courses focused on the computer-assisted translation or other translator’s digital competencies and courses dedicated to programming skills. Classes in the computer-assisted translation are designed to familiarize students with CAT tools and techniques. Classes in programming languages are designed to develop students' basic programming skills, useful – for example – in game design and level design, web design, etc.
