Description:
The aim of the module is to improve students' practical English skills in terms of fluency of speech, language correctness, and pronunciation. The module emphasises the construction of coherent and correct oral responses and interactive communication skills. The module also introduces students to different linguistic registers and the context in which they occur, building an awareness of the ways in which these techniques influence the reception of oral communication depending on the particular communicative situation.
