Description:
The aim of the module is to improve students' practical knowledge of English concerning translation skills. In the course the student acquires and develops the skill of simultaneously interpreting various text types (e.g. newspaper and scholarly articles, commercial and literary) ; gains basic knowledge about the interpreting process, important factors influencing its result as well as appropriate methods and techniques of translation.
